Refund policy

Products Satisfaction Guarantee:

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your products. We're always ready to answer any questions and help before, during, and after the order has been placed to get you what you need. Please do not hesitate to reach out via email or chat.

Warranty:

All products are guaranteed to be free from defects in workmanship or material under normal use for a period of 30 days from date of purchase. If any item that is claimed to be defective within this time, we will repair or replace the product or component if it is determined that the defect existed at the time of manufacture or developed under normal use. Please contact us as soon as possible if there are errors or problems with any order and we will provide you with the best solution.

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges:

You can cancel any order for blank hats or beanies only within 5 hours from placing it for a full refund to the original payment method. Please contact us to do so. After your order has been canceled, you can expect a refund to be processed within 10-20 business days. We can also cancel any order after this time period, as long as it has not been shipped, and we will be issuing the amount of the order in store credit, which you would be able to use on any brand of DLSN STACK.

Custom orders can only be canceled before the digital proof approval. Changing a custom order after digital proof approval is not guaranteed, will have an additional charge, and may cause delay. After approving the digital proof you grant Delusion MFG the ability to proceed with your custom production based on the supplier details on the digital proof. If errors do remain, we cannot be held responsible.

You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund, or 14 days for store credit. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Please fill out this form stating the reason for returning your product(s) and we will then instruct on how to proceed further. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

No returns or exchanges can be accepted if the merchandise was custom produced, including custom size, custom color, custom printed or custom built supplies or equipment. Any issues as described under the Warranty section above will be taken care of with any product we've produced.
